Welcome to the Bristol and District branch of Parkinson's UK
The Bristol & District Branch of Parkinson’s UK is very active in providing information, support and friendship to local people with Parkinson’s disease, their families and carers. We offer a number of social activities as well as a monthly branch meeting when we invite a guest speaker/s. The programme of speakers each year includes three or four on Parkinson’s related subjects such as the latest research, as well as speakers on topics that we hope will be of interest to our members. Meetings are fairly informal and you will receive a warm welcome on your arrival. We hope that by attending our branch meetings you will meet and get to know others who are also living with Parkinsons and find out more about the various activities and exercise classes available for you to explore.
Our meetings are held on the first Saturday of the month from 10.30 - 12.00 with coffee served in the Atrium from 10.00 am. We meet in the Main Hall at Oatley House, St. Monica Trust, Cote Lane, just off Westbury Road, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol BS9 3UN
